Refunds

Within 14 days

Ask within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full.

Polar is the merchant of record and handles refunds for us. To ask, write to Polar at support@polar.sh from the email address you bought with, and include the order number from Polar's receipt. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

After a refund, the license key stops working. Installs go back to waiting on the reminder.

After 14 days

We don't give refunds after 14 days, except where the law requires it. The 14-day trial is there so you can try RunDMG first.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. See also the Terms.
